Kimberly’s primary yoga teaching approaches yoga from the mind. She works in conjunction with psychotherapists and drug rehabilitation centers focusing on yoga for depression, anxiety, addiction and stress reduction. In addition to being a graduate of Yoga Path Palm Beach, 200 hour Vinyasa Teacher Training Program, she has completed additional training in Yoga 12 Step Recovery (Y12SR.) She is currently enrolled in a separate certification specific to meditation and is also currently working on her 300 hour certification.

Lindsay’s earned her 200hr yoga certification in Raja yoga, or yoga of the mind. Lindsay has studied yoga philosophy, methodology, and anatomy, but also turns to exploration of the yoga culture for a deeper understanding of the practice. She has participated in yoga workshops in Bali, Indonesia, instructed classes in the jungles of Maui, and spent time diving into the Eastern tradition. Lindsay’s classes acknowledge the mind, body, and spirit connection. Lindsay encourages her students to listen to their bodies, never take it too far, and have fun!

Melissa is a certified Power Pilates Instructor. She has a comprehensive Power Pilates certification and teaches both mat and apparatus classes. She also enjoys working with clients one on one in private sessions to help them meet their fitness goals. Her love for Pilates is contagious and she loves to share her passion with others.

A little bio from Brooke:
“Yoga makes me a better person. The other day, I was travelling back to Tallahassee and my connecting flight, along with any other potential flights that day, were cancelled due to snow fall in Florida. Not only was I trapped in the Tampa airport, my suitcase was also missing. While waiting in the longest line imaginable, worried I would never again see my (very) expensive Italian textbook, I just remembered to breathe.

My journey to yoga started many years ago, dancing ballet. After over a decade of dancing my body started to pay the price, and a friend recommended yoga. Within weeks my body started to feel better, and I knew right then that I wanted to share this gift with as many people as possible. My goal as a yoga teacher is to help my students realize the goodness already inside them, and find new things about themselves. Weaving the body and mind together as one. Can’t wait to see you on the mat!

Erika Scribner started practicing yoga in 2014 and her first class was an awakening. Erika had been battling depression for many years. Yoga gave her the natural mind-body medicine she needed to set her life’s path on one of happiness and inner peace. She decided that she wanted to share the practice that had helped her so much. In 2017 she traveled to Bali and received her 200 hour yoga certification from her mentor. Her teaching style is wide ranging but always focusing on cultivating love within ones self. Let Erika show you what has given her so much.
